So here I am at SC sitting looking for something to do.... Listing to some good Irish music so that's a plus. I feel kinda wiped out today. Anyway, I got a test back today that I took before break, I got a 32 out of a possible 36. So that was better then I thought I would do. What else....? This is kind of random but I've wanted to go to Ireland for as long as I can remember and recently I have really wanted to go but I don't think that I am going to get the chance in the near future. *sigh* Ah well... I can't think of anymore random thoughts to throw down here so I'll see ya later!

So I am sitting here listening to "The Pearl" by John Steinbeck for school. I know the story already but it is still a pretty good book. I really enjoyed my vacation last week but now it's back to the daily grind and I would really enjoy not having to do school everyday. Anyway... So I am going to register for a class at Schoolcraft at sometime this week. Trig... That should be fun. Ha ha... I'm not even sure if anyone is reading me go on like this. Ah well. I'm having fun anyway. I set up a website tracking system today so that I can track who is visiting my blog. So you had better all come and read. So last night I got to go watch the superbowl over at one of my bestfriend's house! I had so much fun! I want to send a special thank you out to her and her family! In other news... Wow I haven't posted since before christmas. Ok so for christmas I got a new 32GB iPod Touch, everybody that reads this thing I'm pretty sure knew that already. Uhm... yeah so I feel kind of bad because on the day that I went back to the art class that I hadn't been to in a few years one of the kids asked me why I had one and he didn't and I said it was because my grandparents are richer than his... Ouch. I knew I shouldn't have said it the moment it was out of my mouth but I said it and even though I apologized I could tell it hurt the kid. So yeah that's another thing, I'm taking art again from the same art teacher that I took it from a few years ago. The man is absolutly crazy, but in a good way. Mr. West loves the Lord with everything in him and he lives in the freedom and joy that God gives him. That's not to say that Mr. West hasn't been in trouble and he hasn't done anything besides art, he has more good stories and has had more jobs then anyone I have heard of. Ok so that's Mr. West... Onward so at church for my YG we are working on our own rendition of the everything skit. I'm kind of nervious but I place all my trust in God that it's going to turn out well and the way he wants! Well it's been a while, and I still don't have much to write about. So I'm just going to type and let what comes out come out. I really wish that I could make people's problems go away. I really wish that I was a "Q" from Star Trek, that I could snap my fingers and things would be different. If everything could changed like that I would be God and that would wrong. I'm in my dad's office today so this will be a long post. I am listening to the newest preview of Spirit Blade: Dark Ritual, it is one of the more interesting scenes. They claim it's one of the creapier scenes but I don't see it. Hey folks! For the benefit of those that don't already know, LIFE IS CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *pulling out hair* This is why I have not been posting as frequently as I should. Ok so I finished reading and watching the Da Vinci Code. If you are ever thinking about seeing the movie, read the book first, I implore you! You will be completely lost if you try and watch the movie without reading the book. It is a great mystery and as I have said it is FINE to read it just so long as you take it as fiction. Even though he claims at the begining of the book that all his facts and depictions of documents are true, if you ask any historian they will tell you flat out that most of his claims are just plain false. Now on to other matters, incase people didn't know, I have been watching others get sick and get better, some worse then others. I really hope that I don't get sick. Scholl has been going well I'm getting pretty good grades all around this year and am quite pleased with them. Is there anything else? I don't think so! So... Well I know I say this on almost every post but I'll say it again, I am going to try and post more often on this blog, but that is pretty dependent on how much time I have in a day around the rest of the stuff I have to do. Well I just got home from vacation where we had a bunch of fun, went to places we haven't gone in years, and the dog sprained his tail. This is just a short list of the things we did. Coming up I have the Cedar point trip on Monday, and then I am starting school and my classes at Schoolcraft the first week of September. All in all a very busy time. Well here we are again. Ok people I'm finally back, and I hurt. I was at Winter Jam in Lansing last night and now I sore just about every where. Hello everyone. Today I'm writing about a site called New Release Tuesday. A must for anyone that loves Christian music. It is my primary source of news when it comes to music. As some of you might have known I have been listening to their podcast for a few months now (you all should try it) but I also recently became a member of the NRTeam. This is a team of Christian people that love music who provide reviews for new Christian books and music that is hitting the shelves. I am really looking forward to helping in that. As an NRTeam member you can listen to an entire new album each week for free. I like being able to do this in order to find out if I want to buy the album later. But there are some downsides to the site. For one the album preview I think could be made better by allowing you to skip certain tracks if you don't like them, as it is right now it is all one big stream, but it is still free music so it's all good in that respect. There are some other things in the site that could be fixed but, they're not killers and these people aren't perfect so I understand. I would say check this one out for sure. Well I finally finished it. I had my last drive at 8AM this morning. I now have my certificate and am waiting on my parents to go to get my permit. Also I am working on several project that might impact people lives and I think they enjoy it, if it ever makes it out.

Well another day in the life of the Iman. Another day gone. My drive did not go well, but that doesn't matter. I didn't finish school until late, but that doesn't matter. I feel like crap, but that doesn't matter. What matters is that I am pressing with all I am to be helpful to the people I love. What matters is that He still thinks that I am worth it even when I don't. What matters is that no matter how dark it gets I will always try to hang on. This is life.

Well today I still have some school work to do, and I am also going driving today. This is drive 4, main roads and highways, next drive is freeways. I am not sure whether I am looking forward to these drives or not. I am not feeling well today. I'll just have to push through and get it done.

As most of you know, I had my first drive last night. I did better then I thought I was going to, but I still have room for improvement. I was having trouble judging where to start slowing down for stop signs and turns but I got better as the night went on. They also had the whole road test laid out, and I didn't hit any cones while running through that one. So it turned out pretty well over all.

I took my first Drivers Ed class today. It wasn't as nerve wracking as I thought it would be. I was kind of surprised to hear that some of the class will begin their behind the wheel on Wednesday. But oh well it is all going well so far. I am taking the afternoon class which works out well because I can get my school done before I go and it won't interfere with my evening activities. I am looking forward to going back tomorrow, because that is the day that we are actually going to start learning what we need to know for the test. Expect me to write on this one often.

Now all you people, I said that if it was worth it I would write a review of that audio drama. This is an Christian audio drama, and I highly recommend this it. If you have a friend or family member that loves Sci-Fi that is not saved (or even if they are) it is a great tool for ministering to people, and is just plain fun for a Christian to listen to. This makes a great gift. Now here is the trailer for it. I am going to not try not give to many spoilers away but I will give you some of the lyrics from it. Well today has been a pretty typical day in the life of the Iman. With some notable exceptions. Last night my sister auditioned for the Ever After Productions play of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and she got an email today inviting her to a call back this evening. This means that she will probably get a lead in the show, that I have mixed feelings about. I mean I'm happy for her and all but I was hoping that she wouldn't get cast, because rehearsals are generally on Thursday nights. But oh well, if she does get it she will be very happy. In other news today I got a call from the school that will be hosting my drivers ed program, it is not known at this point whether I am going to be taking it in Jan. or if I'll have to wait until Mar. either way I'll be fine.
