I took my first Drivers Ed class today. It wasn't as nerve wracking as I thought it would be. I was kind of surprised to hear that some of the class will begin their behind the wheel on Wednesday. But oh well it is all going well so far. I am taking the afternoon class which works out well because I can get my school done before I go and it won't interfere with my evening activities. I am looking forward to going back tomorrow, because that is the day that we are actually going to start learning what we need to know for the test. Expect me to write on this one often.

Both you and Jason keep referring to this "test"! What is the phantom test? Do you just mean the written test you have to take before you can pass Seg. 1, or is this a type of road test? I only had to take a (really easy considering I did the assigned reading) written test, so I'm just trying to figure out whether or not that's uncommon.

By test I mean the written test, which our instructor tells us you must be just about brain dead not to pass.

Yeah, I thought it was really easy. I got something like a 95+ without doing anything more than reading the little booklets they gave me.

Well he gave us a sample question of. "What is the rear view mirror for?
A. Looking out the right side of the car
B. Looking out the left side of the car
C. Looking directly behind the car

Well, it's for looking out the back, but you can see both side behind you. I'd answer C.

Ok, Isaac, I've got a lot of things to say.

*I got a 98% on the written test. It was pretty easy.
*And yes Isaac that mirror question is the first or second question on the test. The answer is C.
*Isaac are taking this class at ADA?
*Have you driven yet?
*I actually got my permit yesterday, but I still haven't driven yet.
You do fine Isaac. If I can, you will.
